On behalf of my wife and myself we would like to thank you, your son and your staff for the professional and "above and beyond" attitude exhibited in dealing with our issue. We in total received 4-5 calls and had our vehicle picked up and dropped off to our apartment building for servicing. The problem, a faulty spark plug, was repaired within a matter of hours and the vehicle was returned in fine working order. My wife and myself drove it this afternoon and thus far it is running smoothly and your staff graciously cleaned the vehicle and filled the tires with nitrogen for us as a complimentary service. I think I can speak for both of us in saying that this has been one of the most responsive and expedient handling of a complaint that we have experienced in dealing with an issue like this and it turned a bad initial experience into quite a positive one.
