    Hi Brian,

I just wanted to pass along some info to you.

Your staff, specifically Eric and Jenny have gone out of their way of late to service Davey Tree. We have had a lot of requests for vehicles this year, and despite the fact that some of the units they have located have not panned out, primarily for spec reasons, the two of them have worked really hard to satisfy the needs of Davey without hesitation.

Most recently they helped with rental vehicles for a project where we were given a very short timeline and inaccurate info from our project manager as to the dates trucks would be needed. Despite these facts, they got the trucks we needed and we will have them Monday morning at 8:00...

I wanted to pass this along because "thank you" doesn't always convey the sincere appreciation I have for their efforts and the job they are doing for us.
